MY RESPONSE TO JUSTICE ROBERTS AND ALITO. PART 4.

If there is one thing that indicates the Hypocrisy of the TRUMPIAN GOP AND THE STOOGES THEY MANAGED TO PLACE ON THE SCOTUS, is the idea that they are protecting RELIGIOUS FREEDOM.

ARTICLE 6 OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION:

"...but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." 

What does this indicate? That no Judge can lose their Job, or position, for any Faith or Set of Beliefs that are part of their Private or Home life.

Then why do we have the following:

JUDGES ENFORCING THEIR OWN SPECIFIC SET OF RELIGIOUS MORALS ON THE REST OF US. IN OTHER WORDS:

While we can't remove them for not PASSING A "RELIGIOUS TEST," THEY ARE BEING ALLOWED TO CREATE LAW(S) THAT MUST PASS THEIR OWN PERSONAL "ETHICAL STANDARDS" THAT ARE BASED IN FAITH. WE CANNOT REQUIRE THEM TO HAVE A SET OF RELIGIOUS STANDARDS , BUT THEY ARE REQUIRING OUR LAWS TO PASS THEIR OWN SET OF FAITH-BASED MORALS.

That is exactly what they did in Roe vs Wade.  That is exactly what they are trying to do regarding Same-Sex Marriage. That is exactly what they are...and so on...

What they have forgotten, or just don't care, is what the "BILL OF RIGHTS" says about RELIGION...

IT IS TIME TO MAKE THE JUDICIARY "INTELLECTUALLY RESPONSIBLE" FOR THE DECISIONS THEY MAKE. IF THEY WANT RESPECT, MAKE THEM EARN IT. THE RULES OF LOGIC APPLY TO EVERYONE. PART 3.

 

As a way of a reminder, here are the First 2 Amendments to the "BILL OF RIGHTS."

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

As I pointed out in Part 2, the First Amendment:

- Deals with behaviors, or actions, that must be addressed by the Court System. 

The Goal is to Protect Specific Examples that the American Citizen may engage in from Government Interference, or place limitations on said Behaviors and Actions from becoming Negative Influences on Society in general, or creates an unreasonably hostile environment that impacts on other Citizens.

Further, there are no Qualifications or Examples that must be taken in account before the Courts issue a ruling. The Judicial System was given broad latitude on how to interpret the Scope of the "RIGHTS' contained in the 1st Amendment.

Neither of the above applies to the 2nd Amendment.

- While the First Amendment deals with Actions and Behaviors, the 2nd Amendment refers to the possession of a specific object. 

-  In addition, again unlike the 1st Amendment, the 2nd Amendment GIVES SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO GUIDE THE COURT SYSTEM ON HOW TO PROCEED WHEN DEALING WITH ISSUES INVOLVING THE 2ND AMENDMENT.

THE INITIAL WORDING BEGINS WITH : "A WELL REGULATED MILITIA..." Up until very recently, U.S. COURTS HAVE UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS OBVIOUS TO THE FRAMERS OF THE CONSTITUTION: THAT HAVING MOBS OF ARMED CITIZENS ROAMING THE COUNTRY, WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORITY, DIRECTION, OR MEMBERSHIP RESTRICTIONS, WAS NOT CONDUCIVE TO A STABLE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. THEREFORE, THE "RIGHT" TO "KEEP" AND "BEAR" ARMS WAS TO BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHOSE TRAINING AND LOYALTY WERE NOT QUESTIONABLE.

The recent SUPREME COURT RULING IS A FARCE. IT IGNORES THE WORDING AND THE MEANING OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT AND ERASES 2 CENTURIES OF JUDICIAL PRECEDENT...

Chief Justice Roberts temporarily blocks House Dems from getting Trump tax returns.

Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday temporarily blocked a House committee from obtaining former President Trump's tax returns.

The big picture: Roberts' stay comes after Trump on Monday asked the Supreme Court to intervene in the case to block the release of his tax returns to the House Ways and Means Committee.

• The temporary stay gives the court more time to consider Trump's emergency appeal.

Driving the news: "It is ordered that the mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ... is hereby stayed pending further order of the undersigned or of the Court," Roberts wrote.

• Roberts asked the House panel to respond by Nov. 10.

Between the lines: Trump's tax returns were set to have been released to the Democratic-led House Ways and Means Committee as early as Thursday before Roberts' temporary stay.

• A federal appeals court last week declined Trump's request to block the release of his tax returns.

As you can see an APPEALS COURT DENIED THE REQUEST, BUT THEY'RE NOT IN TRUMPS POCKET.

What is the TRUMP, AND HIS SCOTUS FLUNKIES STRATEGY? Delay every possible decision until after the MID-TERMS, and hope the GOP controls Congress. Then these requests will suddenly disappear.

REMINDER #2. DID IT EVER OCCUR TO YOU THAT A RISE IN THE CRIME RATE IS NOT PROGRESSIVES LENIENT ATTITUDE, BUT THE GOPS/TRUMPS ENCOURAGING VIOLENT CRIME?

Why the following is not blanketing every single DEMOCRAT/PROGRESSIVE/LIBERAL WEBSITE IS BEYOND ME. IF THERE WAS EVER A VERBAL "SMOKING GUN" ABOUT DONALD TRUMPS INTENT TO OVERTHROW THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS WAS IT.

The following exchange occurred during a White House Press conference on Wednesday, Sept 24, 2020.

“Win, lose, or draw in this election, will you commit here today for a peaceful transferal of power after the election?” reporter Brian Karem asked Donald Trump, who didn’t even attempt to give the impression he cares whatsoever about preserving democracy. “Well, we’re going to have to see what happens,” Trump said. “You know that. I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster.” Pressed again to “commit to making sure that there’s a peaceful transferal of power,” Trump responded, “Get rid of the ballots and...we’ll have a very peaceful—there won’t be a transfer, frankly. There will be a continuation. The ballots are out of control. You know it. You know who knows it better than anybody else? The Democrats know better than anybody else.”

''...Pressed again to “commit to making sure that there’s a peaceful transferal of power,” Trump responded, “Get rid of the ballots and...we’ll have a very peaceful—there won’t be a transfer, frankly. There will be a continuation."

Perhaps my understanding of the English Langauge is different from others. How is this not a threat?

- If this is done: Get rid of the ballots.

- Then this will occur- Very Peaceful Continuation.

Well, the illegal action of throwing out ballots did not occur. What happened then?

TRUMP LEADS A MOB TO THE CAPITOL, TO FORCE THE GOVERNMENT INTO CANCELLING THE 2020 ELECTION RETURNS.

Please explain how this is not DIRECT EVIDENCE OF A THREAT TO VIOLENTLY OVERTHROW THE U.S. GOVERNMENT...

...WHICH TURNED INTO ACTS OF TREASON WHEN TRUMPS THREAT WAS IGNORED? Especially when the THREAT AND THE RESULTING ACTION(S) WAS INSTITUTED BY DONALD TRUMP PERSONALLY?

In addition to Treason, How about this? 

THE CORNELL LAW SCHOOL, LEGAL INFORMATION INSTITUTE DEFINES EXTORTION AS: forcing action or obtaining something by force or coercion. The crime of extortion is defined to exclude legitimate negotiation methods. Under the color of office, a public or private authority may abuse their authority to commit extortion.

Given what we know over the last 6 years or so, how many crimes does DONALD TRUMP GET A FREE PASS FROM?
